We are pleased to offer a selection of vintage art sourced by our founders Don and John during their travels.  Here, a portrait of Colonel Edward D. Baker with his signature as published by J.C. Buttre of 48 Franklin Street in New York.  Edward Dickinson Baker was a US Senator from Illinois and a friend of Abraham Lincoln who named his second son Edward Baker.  Baker died in battle during the Civil War.

Engraving on paper under glass.  No date. Frame measures 13.5"h x 11.5"w. Image measures 9.75"h x 7.75"w.

Please note: This is a vintage piece and it is FINAL SALE so review all photos and please email with any questions.  This vintage engraving & frame will have small imperfections due to its age but we think this adds to the vintage charm.
