Inspired by an appreciation for antique jewelry and wonderfully carved stones, we created our Intaglio Primo design. A variety of ovals, circles and rounded rectangles are placed in neatly arranged rows each shape acting as a small frame to its own black line artwork of an intaglio.
The mix of colors highlighting the individual shapes is inspired by technicolor macarons Don and John spotted in a bakery window during an afternoon spent exploring Paris and the ground color is a soft grey inspired by the overcast sky that day.
100% linen/cotton canvas exterior with Intaglio Primo pattern on front and back. Fully lined with a sturdy linen fabric then finished with a brass zipper and bead detail. Sold individually. About 8" high x 11" wide.
